Microbiome and Community analysis – from sequences to figures, December 16-19, 2024. In 4 days we will go through raw sequence qc, clustering into OTUs, and assigning taxonomy in mothur on the UConn HPC (high performance computer aka cluster server). Then we’ll move into data visualization and statistical analysis in R. NO prior command line experience is expected! Workshop limited to 15 participants. This workshop is $570 for UConn/UCH and $786 for non-UConn participants. This workshop will be held at on Storrs campus, ESB 304.
