We endeavor to assist users as economically as possible.  Some data analysis (i.e. custom scripts) can not be done without additional charges.  We will contact you with an estimated cost before proceeding with the analysis, if there will be a charge. If you had your samples sequenced somewhere other than MARS but want us to analyze them, please contact us we will likely be able to help!
